Deduster is a device that separates dust particles from dusty airflow. It is also one of the main devices in ventilation and dust removal systems. The following is a detailed introduction to the deduster:
<h3>Classification 1
<ul><li><strong>Mechanical deduster</strong>: Separates particulate matter from airflow by the action of mass forces (such as gravity, inertia force and centrifugal force), including gravity settling chamber, inertial deduster and cyclone deduster. The gravity settling chamber separates dust particles through natural settlement by gravity; the inertial deduster separates dust particles from airflow by relying on the inertia of dust particles when the dusty airflow collides with a baffle or changes direction sharply; the cyclone deduster separates dust particles by relying on the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of airflow.</li></ul>
<ul><li><strong>Filtering deduster</strong>: Separates dust particles by the principle of interception of dust particles by filtering materials and inertial collision of dust particles on filtering materials. Common ones include bag deduster and cartridge deduster.</li></ul>
<ul><li><strong>Electrostatic precipitator</strong>: Separates dust particles from dusty gas during the ionization process of the gas passing through a high-voltage electric field. According to the form, it can be divided into tubular electrostatic precipitator and plate electrostatic precipitator; according to the different configurations of dust removal plates and corona electrodes, it can be divided into single-zone electrostatic precipitator and double-zone electrostatic precipitator; according to different electrode cleaning methods, it can be divided into dry electrostatic precipitation, wet electrostatic precipitation, fog particle collector and semi-wet electrostatic precipitator; according to the movement direction of gas in the electrostatic precipitator, it can be divided into vertical electrostatic precipitator and horizontal electrostatic precipitator.</li></ul>
<ul><li><strong>Wet deduster</strong>: Captures dust particles through liquid and separates dust particles from harmful gases in dusty airflow by using forms such as liquid droplets, liquid films and bubbles. There are mainly gravity spray wet deduster, cyclone wet deduster, self-excited wet deduster, packed wet deduster, foam wet deduster and Venturi wet deduster.</li></ul>
