Jaw crusher

Working principle of jaw crusher: The moving jaw is suspended on the spindle and can swing left and right. When the eccentric shaft rotates, the connecting rod performs up and down reciprocating motion, driving the two thrust plates to also perform reciprocating motion, thereby pushing the movable jaw to perform left and right reciprocating motion, achieving crushing and unloading.
Impact crusher

Cone crusher
When the cone crusher is working, the rotation of the electric motor is carried out through a pulley or coupling, the transmission shaft of the cone crusher, and the cone part of the cone crusher, which rotates around a fixed point under the force of an eccentric sleeve. Washing machine
The cleaning cylinder of the ore washing machine is supported by four tugboats, and the motor drives the reducer. The large and small gears drive the cleaning cylinder to rotate at low speed. The aggregate containing mud lumps and stone powder is fed into the rotating drum through the feeding port, and is continuously lifted and dropped by a wear-resistant rubber lining plate installed at a certain angle in the cleaned drum. During the movement from the feeding end to the discharging end, it circulates multiple times and is washed by forward or reverse flushing water. The cleaned aggregate is sieved and dehydrated by the discharge end drum screen before being discharged. Wastewater containing sludge flows out through perforated baffles at the discharge or feed end.
Dust washer
Wet dust collector usually refers to a dust removal equipment that removes dust particles from dusty flue gas by contacting with liquids such as water and alkali solution. It is characterized in that it includes a dust removal chamber, an air inlet channel is provided in the tangential direction of the circumference at the lower part of the dust removal chamber, a discharge chimney is connected to the top of the dust removal chamber, a spray water atomization device is provided in the air inlet channel near one end of the dust removal chamber, and a first stage rotary blade group and a second stage rotary blade group are respectively provided in the middle and upper parts of the dust removal chamber.
Cyclone dust collector
The dust removal mechanism of a cyclone dust collector is to make the dusty airflow rotate, use centrifugal force to separate dust particles from the airflow and capture them on the wall, and then use gravity to make the dust particles fall into the ash hopper.
Double roll crusher
The double roll crusher uses two sets of separately driven roller shafts to crush materials by generating squeezing force and grinding shear force through relative rotation. After the material enters the crushing chamber of the machine, it is subjected to the meshing force of the rotating roller shaft, forcing it to pass between the two rollers while being squeezed and sheared by the roller shaft. The material begins to shatter, and the fragmented small particles are thrown down the machine through the gap between the two roller shafts along the tangent line of the roller rotation. Large particles exceeding the gap continue to be crushed into small particles and discharged.
Ball mill
A ball mill is composed of a horizontal cylinder, a hollow shaft for feeding and discharging, and a grinding head. When the cylinder of the ball mill rotates, the grinding body is attached to the cylinder lining plate and carried away by the cylinder due to inertia, centrifugal force, and frictional force. When it is carried to a certain height, it is thrown down due to its own gravity, and the falling grinding body shatters the material inside the cylinder like a projectile.
Linear vibrating screen
The linear vibrating screen uses an inertia exciter to generate vibration. The vibration source of the linear vibrating screen is driven by an electric motor to excite the exciter. The exciter has two shafts, each with an eccentric weight that rotates in opposite directions. Therefore, it is also known as a dual axis linear vibrating screen, which is meshed with two gears to ensure synchronization. When two disks with eccentric weights rotate, the centrifugal force F generated by the two eccentric weights cancels each other out in the x-axis component and adds up in the y-axis component, resulting in a reciprocating excitation force in the y-axis direction, causing the sieve box to produce a reciprocating linear trajectory vibration in the y-axis direction.
Circular vibrating screen
Circular vibrating screen performs circular motion and is a new type of multi-layer, high-efficiency vibrating screen. The circular vibrating screen adopts a cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and a bias block to adjust the amplitude.
