In order to further improve the management level and professional quality of the company’s management personnel, the company organized a one-day closed “management training meeting” in the company’s multi-functional training center on August 10, 2022. The theme of the meeting was “fine management, Quality builds”. For this training and learning, the company leaders attached great importance to, personally supervised and planned, and provided strong support for the smooth development of the training work.
During the training process, all staff thought carefully and actively participated, and they are very grateful to the company for carefully planning such a good learning opportunity for us.
There are eight main courses in this training:
1. Enterprise chapter: company profile, company development history and corporate culture concept, company development plan and prospects, etc.
2. Etiquette articles: daily etiquette, professional etiquette.
3. Management articles: staff rules, office management regulations, equipment quality inspection specifications, accessories processing process, reception process.
4. Product articles: product knowledge training on feed mixers, dust collectors, magnetic separators, conveyors, etc.; problems encountered by customers in operating equipment and solutions.
5. Win-win chapter: unity and cooperation, win-win development.
6. Development Chapter: Scientific Management – Improving the Company’s Development Skills.
7. Training and assessment
During this period, the leaders of the company delivered an important speech, praised the company’s development speed and positive attitude, and encouraged us to continue to study and forge ahead, pioneer and innovate, so that the company’s development can reach a new level faster. The general manager’s speech instantly ignited the atmosphere of the meeting, and everyone actively expressed their opinions that they must work hard this year and contribute their own strength to the development of the company. The company has high expectations and clear requirements for our work. All the management personnel have studied very seriously, and decided to deeply understand and inspire their spirits, successfully complete the training task, strive to continuously improve their business literacy, and make their own contributions to the great development of the company.
